BRUCE WAGUESPACK, Ph.D, CPLP
Dr. Bruce Waguespack is a learning and performance improvement specialist who designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates learning and performance solutions and aligns workforce development initiatives with strategic business goals.
Bruce’s experience includes detailed needs analysis, development of high-performance cultures, organizational development, implementing learning solutions, and facilitating balanced scorecard execution for industrial manufacturing, industrial construction, and shipbuilding.
Bruce received his BS from Nicholls State University and received both a Masters and a Doctorate from LSU. His Ph.D. is in Human Resource Education and Development.
Bruce has served as Corporate Learning and Development Manager for Georgia Gulf, Ascend Performance Materials, Imperial Sugar, and ThyssenKrupp. He currently serves as Vice President of Workforce Development for River Parishes Community College and has served various corporations in a human performance and organizational development consulting role.
Bruce and his wife Kim live in Gonzales and have three kids: Natalie, Bruce Jr., and Cody.
