Terrence Jones serves as a Project Manager for the TJC Group and is a primary facilitator of Community Advisory Panels (CAPs). Terrence specializes in community relations and communications and has three years' of CAP experience with our firm. In this capacity, Terrence facilitates dialogue between a company's management and residents of the neighboring community or communities on issues of importance to both groups. He also coordinates and facilitates montly community focus groups, providing feedback to the organization from the community perspective.
Terrence is the founder and owner of the Locker 10 Room, Inc., a non-profit mentoring program designed to enrich the lives of youth and young adults in the New Orleans and River Parish communities. Prior to establishing the Locker Room, Terrence's diverse work history includes positions in education, government, and the private sector.
Terrence received an M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix in 2004 and a BS from Tulane in Sports Administration/Physical Education 1995. He has completed specialized training and holds certifications in leadership and facilitation as well as a Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) specialist certification from the Louisiana Department of Education.
A native of St. James Parish, Terrence resides in New Orleans, LA. He has two daughters, Kirby and Te'a, and one grandson, Austin.
