Audrey Kennedy | Project Manager

Director of Association Management and Creative Design, Dr. Audrey Kennedy is an association management and graphic arts specialist with more than thirty-five years of experience.  She is the Program Manager for the Southeastern Construction Owners and Associates Roundtable (SCOAR), a regional construction trade association with a 12-state footprint. In addition to her association management work, Audrey is a skilled graphic artist and web developer. She earned her B.S. degree in Liberal Studies from Athens State University in 1998 and her M.A. degree and Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from The University of Alabama in 2003 and 2010, respectively.  Audrey is also an NCCER Certified Master Trainer.

Prior to retiring from the Alabama Community College System in 2015 after 34 years, she served in several administrative capacities, including program manager for the Alabama Technology Network (ATN).  There she managed a Department of Commerce post Katrina grant that led to the formation of the Gulf States Shipbuilders Consortium (GSSC), a regional trade association working to address workforce issues in the shipbuilding and ship repair industries.

Audrey lives in Woodstock, Alabama, with her husband, Spencer, and dog, Lola.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, home renovation, interior design, and spending time with her family.
